Bando MC (born Mussa Mabumo on June 13, 1999) is a heavyweight Tanzanian Hip-Hop artist and lyricist who has earned his reputation as one of the most technically gifted rappers in the Bongo Flava industry. Originally from Shinyanga (often referred to as “Shytown”), he moved to Dar es Salaam to pursue music and was mentored by industry veterans Roma Mkatoliki and Stamina. He is widely respected for his sharp punchlines, social commentary, and his ability to hold his own alongside both urban rap legends and melodic vocalists.
