Babu Owino (born Paul Ongili Owino on October 10, 1989) is a prominent Kenyan politician, lawyer, and Member of Parliament for Embakasi East. Formerly a long-serving and controversial chairman of the Students Organisation of Nairobi University (SONU), he has transitioned into a key figure within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and a vocal critic of the current administration.

By March 2026, he has successfully expanded his influence beyond traditional politics, recently becoming a certified advocate and even venturing into the music scene through high-profile collaborations.
